When can you get a Certified Trailer Inspection?

Unsure when is the right time to get a certified trailer inspection? Below, we cover the most common times we recommend a safety inspection.

When You Purchase a New Trailer from TrailersPlus

When you purchase a new model from TrailersPlus, each purchased trailer comes with two free certified inspections. These 40-point inspection inspections are typically done around 12 months and 24 months. Inspections help you begin a routine with your model’s maintenance and ensure your unit continues operating safely and efficiently.

When You Buy a Used Trailer

If you are purchasing a used trailer and find one that you like, we encourage you and the seller to visit us for a 40-point safety inspection. As an industry leader, we know what to look for when inspecting a unit and can provide information on the model’s condition, safety, and maintenance needs.

Once a Year for Your Current Trailer

If you already own a trailer and want to ensure that it is operating safely and keep on top of its maintenance needs, schedule a safety inspection once a year. Our technicians will examine your model and inform you about your unit's repair or maintenance needs.

How to Schedule an Appointment

Scheduling an appointment at your local TrailersPlus service center is easy. You can call 877-850-7857 to schedule an appointment at your nearby location or use our online scheduling tool.

Our team is happy to answer any questions you may have about your certified inspection and model’s needs.
